Terms of Service

These terms apply to everyone who uses the IGFollowers.shop website and buys our digital growth guides. By using the site or buying a guide, you're agreeing to them.

1. Who we are

IGFollowers.shop is the operator of this website. When these terms say "we," "us" or "our," they mean the team behind IGFollowers.shop. You can reach us at any time through our contact page.

2. What we sell

We sell digital social media growth guides — PDFs, video walkthroughs and templates — covering Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Spotify, Facebook and X (Twitter). Guides are sold as one-off purchases at three tiers: Starter (£4.99), Pro (£11.99) and Master (£34.99). Some prices may vary by promotion.

Our guides describe organic, platform-safe growth tactics only. We do not sell followers, likes, automation or any service that artificially manipulates engagement.

3. Your account

You can buy a guide without creating a long-term account, but you need to give us a working email address. We send your download link, receipt and free updates to that address. You're responsible for keeping it accurate.

4. Buying a guide

When you buy a guide, you're entering into a contract with us for a digital download. Your purchase becomes binding the moment we email you a confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order if we suspect fraud, if a pricing error was obvious, or if you're under 16 — but if we do, we'll refund you in full.

5. Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include any applicable VAT. We accept cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and Klarna. Payment is taken in full at checkout. We use third-party payment processors (Stripe and PayPal) — we don't store your full card details ourselves.

6. Delivery

Guides are delivered digitally, instantly. You'll receive a download link by email and you can re-download anytime from your dashboard. If something goes wrong with delivery, get in touch via our contact page and we'll sort it.

7. Refunds and the right to cancel

Because guides are digital, you would normally lose your right to cancel under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations as soon as you start downloading. We choose to ignore that and offer a 14-day no-questions-asked refund from the date of purchase. The full policy is on our refunds page.

8. Licence and personal use

When you buy a guide, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual licence to use it for your own personal or business growth. You may not:

  • Share, resell, sublicense, or distribute the guide (or any part of it) to anyone else.
  • Republish substantial portions of the guide — in blog posts, courses, videos, or AI-training datasets — without our written permission.
  • Remove copyright or attribution notices from any file we send you.

Brief quotation with credit is fine. If you're not sure, just ask.

9. Updates

We push free updates to every guide whenever the platforms make material changes. You'll receive these by email for the lifetime of the product. We may also discontinue or replace a guide — if we do, your access to your existing version is unaffected.

10. Results and disclaimers

We genuinely believe our guides work, but no one can guarantee social media growth — results depend on your niche, your content, your consistency, and platform decisions outside anyone's control. Anything written in our guides or on this site is for general information; it isn't financial, legal or business advice.

11. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website — no attempts to hack, scrape, overload the servers, impersonate us, or use the site for unlawful purposes. We can suspend or block access if we reasonably believe these rules have been broken.

12. Our liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of revenue, profits, followers, brand deals, or business opportunities. Our total liability to you for any claim relating to a guide is limited to the amount you paid for that guide. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death, personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or anything else we can't legally exclude.

13. Privacy

We only collect the personal data we need to fulfil your order, send you the guide and the updates, and improve the site. Full details are on our cookies page and our privacy policy is available on request via our contact page.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will change. If the update is material, we'll email you. Continuing to use the site after the change means you accept the new terms.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. If you're a consumer based elsewhere in the UK, you keep the right to bring proceedings in your home jurisdiction.
