Refund Policy
If a guide isn't right for you, we want you to get your money back. Our policy is intentionally generous: 14 days, no questions asked, no hoops.
The short version
- You have 14 days from the moment you buy a guide to ask for a refund.
- You don't need a reason. "Not for me" is enough.
- Reach us via our contact page with the order number you got in your receipt.
- We'll refund the full amount to your original payment method within 5 working days.
How to ask for a refund
Send a message via our contact page with:
- The order number (starts with
IGS-— you'll find it in your receipt). - The email address you used at checkout.
- (Optional) A line on what didn't work — it really helps us improve future guides.
You'll get a confirmation within a few hours, and the money will be back on your card or in your PayPal balance within 5 working days. With some banks the refund posts the same day, with others it can take up to 10 working days — that bit is out of our hands.
What happens to your access
When a refund is processed, we revoke access to the guide and its updates from your dashboard. We ask that you delete any local copies you've downloaded — once refunded, your licence to use the guide is ended.
Partial refunds
If you bought a Master Bundle and want to keep the included Starter or Pro guide, contact us. We can refund the Bundle price difference and keep your access to the lower tier.
After 14 days
Beyond the 14-day window we don't offer refunds as a rule, because at that point you've usually had a chance to apply the strategy and judge results. That said — if you have a genuine reason (you bought twice, you can't open the file, you had a billing dispute we missed), email us and we'll do the right thing.
Faulty downloads
If a file is broken, corrupted, or won't open — that's on us. Email us with a screenshot or short description and we'll fix it, re-send the guide, or refund you in full (your choice).
Promotions and bundles
Refunds for discounted purchases are made at the price you actually paid. Bundle deals can be refunded as a whole; the 14-day window starts from the date of purchase, regardless of when you download each guide inside the bundle.
Chargebacks
Please email us before raising a chargeback with your card provider — we'll almost always refund faster than your bank will. Chargebacks raised without contacting us first may result in your account being blocked from future purchases.
Statutory rights
This policy sits on top of your statutory consumer rights — it doesn't replace them. As a UK consumer you also have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 that nothing here is intended to limit.
